General Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Wellness Experience Quiz Game

  1. Organizer
    The quiz game is organized by TYENT Italy, hereafter referred to as “The Organizer.”
  2. Eligibility
  • The quiz is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
  • Only registered participants are eligible to win the prize. The prize cannot be claimed or transferred to any third party, including family members or friends of the participant.
  • Employees of The Organizer, as well as their immediate family members and anyone directly connected with the organization of the quiz, are not eligible to participate.
  1. How to Enter
  • To participate, entrants must play the quiz game available via a dedicated link or by scanning the QR code provided on the promotion material or website.
  • Each participant must register individually. Only one entry per person is permitted, and entries cannot be submitted on behalf of someone else.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the quiz. Entering the quiz does not require any payment or consideration.
  1. Prize Details
  • The prize is a 7-day all-inclusive VIP yoga and wellness camp for two people, hosted by the Tyent Wellness Team in Cesena from September 15 to September 22, 2025.
  • The total prize value is €3,000.
  • The prize includes accommodation, meals, and wellness activities but does not cover transportation to and from Cesena or any other personal expenses.
  • The prize is awarded exclusively to the registered participant who wins the quiz. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. The winner may not transfer the prize to any other person, including family members or friends.
  • Only the winning participant and their chosen guest (for whom the participant is responsible) may attend the wellness camp.
  1. Game Mechanics
  • Participants must answer all quiz questions correctly to be eligible for the prize.
  • If multiple participants answer correctly, a random draw will determine the winner.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not meet the outlined criteria.
  1. Winner Announcement
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the game’s end.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, The Organizer reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant, selected according to the rules of the quiz.
  • The winner must claim the prize personally. No one else can claim the prize on behalf of the winner, and only the registered participant can attend the camp with a guest of their choice.
  1. Prize Redemption
  • The wellness experience is valid from September 15 to September 22, 2025.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value, without prior notice.
  • The prize may only be used by the registered winner and is non-transferable. The winner may not transfer the right to participate in the wellness camp to anyone else, including family or friends.
  1. Voucher Conditions
  • Participants may also receive a discount voucher worth €500, valid until December 24, 2024.
  • The voucher can be redeemed for wellness-related products or services offered by The Organizer.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions.
  1. Data Protection
  • By entering the quiz, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data by The Organizer for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except where required by law.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the quiz or from acceptance or use of the prize.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any issues with the internet, system failures, or other technical issues that may prevent participants from entering the quiz.
  1. Modification and Cancellation
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
  • Any changes to the rules will be communicated on The Organizer’s website.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of EU.

By participating in the quiz, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
